Compensation Announcement - All Servers

We have settled on compensation.

For Nirvana/Bardo, compensation will be 4 hours of 2XP on Saturday, March 27, and Sunday, March 28, from 11am-3pm. Nirvana PST. Bardo GMT.

For Asura, compensation will be 4 hours of 5XP on Saturday, March 27, and Sunday, March 28, from 11am-3pm PST.

You are welcome to voice your opinion about this here, but we will not be changing the compensation.

And in case you missed it, if you lost Item Mall items in the rollbacks on Asura, please contact support and they will be restored. We are unable (not unwilling -- unable) to restore any other items, levels, gold, karma, etc., because we do not have that information; the servers get overwritten when there's a rollback.
